For over 40 years, I have established a reputation for integrity and honesty within the home improvement industry as a dedicated Handyman and Remodeler.

Having officially retired from hands-on contracting, I now leverage that extensive practical experience in a consulting capacity.  I hold offical certifications as a 203k Consultant for governing bodies including the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Federal National Mortgage Association (FNMA), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), and Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (FHLMC).

My services are focused on supporting homeowners, lenders, and reals estate professionals through the specialized renovation loan process.  Additionally, I provide expert consulting services to contractors, guiding them on best practices for project management, compliance, and successful completion of renovation financing projects.
