Overview
Precision Punchout & Repair is a residential handyman and punch-out repair company serving Walton County and the Emerald Coast area of Florida (including Santa Rosa Beach, Miramar Beach, and surrounding communities).
We specialize in final punch list repairs, builder warranty callbacks, and minor cosmetic home repairs for new construction and existing homes. Services include interior and exterior painting touch-ups, drywall patching and repair, trim and molding installation/repair, door and window adjustments, cabinet and hardware installation, minor plumbing fixture replacements (faucets, garbage disposals, toilets, showerheads), caulking and sealing, and general handyman maintenance. In addition, We assist designers directly with all installation needs!
The owner has over 5 years of experience as a residential construction superintendent and project manager. All work is limited to non-structural, cosmetic, and minor repair tasks. We do not perform major renovations, roofing, electrical, plumbing beyond fixture level, or any work requiring building permits.
