Hello Neighbors,
I am a Livermore resident and am looking to provide my handy skills to the Livermore community. I carry insurance for my business and have a City of Livermore Business License. I always follow Covid safety protocols when working in and around your home. No project is too small, feel free to contact me with any questions regarding your home maintenance and repair needs.
*I am not licensed by the California State Contractor Licensing Board (CSLB). Therefore, I can only help you on CSLB regulated projects where the time and materials cost under $500. Some projects are not regulated such as putting together IKEA style furniture, hanging pictures, etc. Please contact me about your project and I’ll determine if it is within these constraints.
Business and Professions Code § 7027.2. Advertising by person not licensed:
Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, a person who
is not licensed pursuant to this chapter may advertise for construction work or a work of improvement covered by this chapter only if
the aggregate contract price for labor, material, and all other items on
a project or undertaking is less than five hundred dollars ($500), and
he or she states in the advertisement that he or she is not licensed
under this chapter.
