Overview

Hi my name is Mark. I work in the skilled trade and IT industry. Most of my career is spent as a Supervisor in construction and renovation.  I have been a homeowner myself since 2006.  I enjoy helping homeowners with home improvements and updates and I enjoy discussing the project and what is potentially needed for your design and function.

I am skilled in the following——-

Wall framing, Carpentry

Switch or receptacle additions

Sheetrock install or repair

Bathroom cabinet install,

Installing lights/fans

Installation of exterior and interior doors/frames

Electronic door hardware

Baseboards, Carpet tiles, floor tile, wall tile, backsplash

Plumbing disconnect and install

Cat5 or Cat6 runs/terminating for additional home wifi access points

Painting exterior and interior

Custom headboards and Cornice boards (you pick the fabric)

Landscape clean up and installation
