Work list includes monthly Home Watch, hurricane shutter setup/removal, installation of light fixtures, ceiling fans, window blinds, luxury vinyl flooring, ceramic tile, baseboard/trim, crown molding, sheetrock repairs, sink repairs, door locks, A/C filter replacement and hanging pictures/shelving. Other services include interior/exterior painting, power washing, chainsaw work, landscape lighting, basic yard maintenance and sprinkler head repair. Specialty services include minor remodeling, design and build custom closet organizers, garage storage systems, computer maintenance/repairs, stereo equipment setup, flat screen TV mounting and wi-fi accent lighting.
