If it’s broken, we can fix it.  General property maintenance – Residential, commercial, rentals. Also offer new construction, material and fixture installation, appliance repair, and landscape maintenance.  Correcting “not quite right” or rushed installation and finish work is a frequent task.  Free estimates.  Licensed and insured general contractor in Morgan County.

We have done everything from remodeling a kitchen torn down to studs, finishing entire basements, installing flooring, interior and exterior doors of every type (sticking, crooked or twisted and not working, missing entirely, broken locks, deadbolt and lock rekeying, including pre-hung, slab replacement, cutting new doors, fabricating custom wooden doors, cutting in new hinges, handles and deadbolts), garage doors & openers, windows including broken glass replacement, handrails – installation and replacement, all stages of drywall and texture, insulation, expert interior and exterior paint of any scale including frequently arduous preparation when necessary, such as stripping, scraping, grinding, repairing or replacing damaged wood or metal, including trim, siding, soffit, fascia, fences.  Repair malfunctioning gutters and gutter cleaning.  Brick and block and mortar repair.  Ceiling damage of any scale, including difficult to match texture, plaster repair, cabinets and counters, tile, sinks and vanities, tub and shower surrounds, decks, fences and restoring old fences to keep costs reasonable, repairing / rebuilding sagging or problematic gates, framing and screening in entire porches from scratch, gutters, appliance installation and repair – over the stove microwaves, dishwashers, including modifying old cabinetry to accept one, through the wall air conditioners/swamp coolers.  Trenching and installing entire sprinkler systems from scratch, and new sod lawn.  Troubleshooting and repairing sprinkler systems with any type of leak or malfunction.  Block retaining walls,  pavers, mulch beds, planters.  Minor electrical and plumbing troubleshooting and minor repair –  specialists called in when out of my scope.  Furniture repair and refinishing, furniture assembly, custom furniture.

Also do general property and landscape maintenance, abandoned property clean outs, rental turnovers, hauling, moving, and trash removal in between the more difficult project types listed.

We have the gear and the know how to bring almost anything back from the edge.  Formal general construction trades education, a high level of spatial awareness, along with a lifetime of experience, gives me the knowledge to understand how all parts of a house or building work together.  The necessary experience learning, maintaining, and repairing nearly anything imaginable, with a collection of specialized tools along the way – and an undeniable drive to help the people around me whenever I can.  I have an uncommon eye for detail from the smallest to largest restoration or repair projects, and the physical fitness and mental stamina to see everything through to the end no matter how small or how large.  All of this comes together to produce confidence and great results, while aiming to provide positive satisfaction with the services I offer  – and this is what I will bring to you when entrusted to help care for your valuable property.  I see the things others often don’t see, and I don’t call anything done until it’s right.
